GOALS ARE SET FOR SCHOLASTIC BOWL TEAM

The Oak Lawn Community High School Scholastic Bowl Team hopes to continue its winning tradition. The team won conference last year and took second place in regionals. Senior Kirk LaBuda and Junior Cody Kuchan, Varsity co-captains, lead a group of new and returning players. Sophomores Kevin Rodriguez and Amanda Sweis, Junior Varsity co-captains, lead a team composed of several enthusiastic freshmen and sophomores anxious to compete. The team meets every Wednesday after school in Room 204. New members can still join and everyone is welcome. Future South Suburban Conference meets will take place in January and February 2010.
