Oak Forest High School Celebrates Terrific 2009 Girls Volleyball Season

Oak Forest High School Athletic Director Sue Bonner applauded the Oak Forest Lady Bengal volleyball team today which had a tremendous season, finishing with an overall record of 32-8 and winning regional and sectional championships.
The team lost in the Elite 8 match, losing to eventual State Champion Joliet Catholic Academy, ending the tremendous season that the team had this year.
The head coach is Amanda Brown and her assistant is Lorrie Holland.
Team members are: Seniors: Julie Brown, Julie Contesso, Natalie Fiore, Katie Kelley, Lexy Maciarz, Emily Moses and Juniors: Kellie Danaher, Brittany Doyle, Alyssa Hasman and Mary Nielsen.
